Company Description

ASTV (Afrikaanse Satelliet Televisie) is a privately owned Afrikaans South African television channel. The station is based at Rustenburg in South Africa and was launched on the TopTV satellite service in October 2010, to serve as a local and community Afrikaans TV channel with Christian values.

From 1 January 2012 ASTV launched a new look with a new logo and slogan. The channel also started to upload full length episodes of popular programs on their Vimeo page.
