CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES: 31 August 2012
How often do you and your spouse cook together? For many couples, the answer is “almost never.” For some couples, taking turns cooking dinner on alternating weeknights, or having one person cook and one clean up, tends to be the most efficient. Now FAMSA Rustenburg is presenting their first “Couples Cooking Competition” full of fun (and good for your relationship) to cook with a loved one. Cooking together can really help you to ignite the passion in your relationship. Life can become too serious for many couples, and cooking can allow you to laugh, relax and have fun.
FAMSA Rustenburg is having a “Couples Cooking Competition”. We are inviting 8 couples to come and challenge each other with their cooking ability. With teamwork and delicious dinner, the couple will stand the chance to win a weekend away for two persons (the winning couple) at Sugerbush Hill Country Cottages Nestled in the Magalies Meander.
The Rules of the Evening:
Couples must register before the 31 of August 2012. First come first serve. Phone our offices for a registration form to enter. Participants should be 21 years or older.
Each couple should prepare a main course dinner for 3 persons. The dinner’s items should not cost more than R150 altogether. The venue has a stove for each couple. All dishes and food needs to be provided by the couple themselves. All food should be prepared at the venue. Only uncooked food is allowed, no ready cooked meals. If the food cannot be presented at 19h00, the couple will be disqualified from the competition.
