About

Touch Community Network is a registered as a Section 21, Non-for-Profit and Article 18A public benefit organisation founded in 1996 as a care centre and to date aided in the establishment of 10 similar centres with the aim to care, counsel and equip our community to make informed, life-giving decisions.

Our life-mission is to work for, and promote the physiological and psychosocial wellbeing of our children.  To fulfil our vision Touch consists of 3 interdependent organizations:

The Neo Birth Care Centre – A 24hr counseling and trauma intervention centre for the community.  It provides holistic care i.e. physical, emotional and spiritual support to individuals in a crisis.

  Neo Life Academy – Is engaged in the provision of life-changing, uplifting educational and skills development programmes to peer groups, primary care-givers, auxiliary social workers, community workers, teachers and child-headed households using outcomes based principles, with a view to developing individuals, and in so doing, contributing to family stability and community development.

  Children Shelter and Place of Safety– functions as a drop-in centre for children at risk i.e. abused, exploited and neglected.
